The Economic Relations Division (ERD) of the Ministry of Finance will hold a commemoration ceremony at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in Dhaka.

AHM Finance Minister Mustafa Kamal unveiled the program schedule during a virtual press briefing today.

The minister said Bangladesh achieved 188% economic growth in the past 10 years before the Covid-19 pandemic.

For graduation, Bangladesh at one point met the requirements on three criteria – the Economic Vulnerability Index, Per Capita Income, and Human Capital Index.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Speaker of Parliament Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury and Minister of Finance AHM Mustafa Kamal will also share their thoughts on the program, ERD Secretary Fatima Yasmin said at the briefing.

A cultural program will also be held there, Yasmin said, adding that they will also organize different programs at the district and division levels.
