The Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has invited eligible candidates for the post of Credit Analyst.

Work’s extent

The Credit Analyst will be responsible for the following:

Analysis of financial statements, carrying out due diligence and evaluation of various credit proposals.

Analysis of current industry market trends and macroeconomic indicators to aid in effective credit decisions.

Recommendation of proposals to various sanction committees and development of terms and conditions and covenants of credit proposals.

Any other work, within the Bank’s area of ​​expertise and interest, as advised by the Bank from time to time.

Age limit

The candidate must not be older than 35 on April 30, 2022.

Qualification for Education

The candidate must hold a school leaving diploma in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks as well as an MBA / PGDBM / PGDM (2/3 year program) / diploma of studies Graduates in Business/Science/Economics OR CA/ICWA from a Recognized Educational Institution in India/Abroad.

Live

At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in operational departments, viz. evaluation of loan proposals, etc., in any bank / non-bank financial company.

The candidate should be computer literate, especially have good skills in MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Must possess excellent presentation/communication – verbal and written skills.

Experience in securitization will be an additional advantage for candidates.

Remuneration

The remuneration would be market-related compensation. The same will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate and will be on a case by case basis.

Contract length

The duration of the contract would initially be three years, renewable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to two years. The contract may be terminated subject to one month’s notice on either side or the salary and allowances (if any) take their place.

Selection procedure

The selection would be done by means of a pre-selection and a personal interview which would be held online at an appropriate date (to be informed in due time) in front of the selection committee. The Bank will carry out a pre-selection of applications in order to prepare, if necessary, the establishment of a shortlist of eligible candidates to be called for an interview. Thus, the mere fact of fulfilling the conditions set out in the announcement would not automatically entitle a candidate to be invited to an interview. The bank’s decision to call candidates for interview is final. No correspondence will be received in this regard.

Merit list:

Merit lists for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the scores obtained during the interviews only. In the event that more than one candidate reaches the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), these candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in merit.

Waiting list :

SIDBI reserves the right to draw up waiting lists of candidates in different grades and consider such candidates on waiting list to meet the actual requirement.
